Durga Misra, Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NJIT, is a Fellow of IEEE and a Fellow of Electrochemical Society (ECS). His research focus is in the areas of low power CMOS devices involving the gate stacks and its reliability in the front end of the line (FEOL).  His current research, supported by NSF and TEL Technology Center, Albany, NY, is to develop extremely low power resistive switching devices for in-memory computing and neuromorphic computing applications.
